Service Description

Nature of Service

AutoFay provides pre-purchase vehicle inspection services in Ajman, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Experienced inspectors travel to the customer's location to inspect the vehicle and deliver a detailed report.

Inspection Packages

We offer the following inspection packages:

• Computer Diagnostic (AED 99): OBD diagnostic of engine, transmission, ABS, airbag and body control fault codes, engine start and operation check (starting and idle, warning lights, gauge cluster, abnormal engine noises), digital inspection report within 24 hours.Available in Ajman and Sharjah only.
• Body & Computer Inspection (AED 250): All Computer Diagnostic items plus body and paint check on every panel, paint thickness measurement, doors, glass, exterior lights, tires and wheels, detailed photo report.
• Comprehensive Inspection (AED 299): All Body & Computer items plus extended road test, transmission performance check, suspension and steering analysis, brake system inspection, and detailed digital report with photos.

The prices above are package prices before the per-emirate location fee set out below.

Location Fee by Emirate

To cover the inspector travelling to the vehicle's location, a location fee is added per emirate to the package price. The fee is as follows: Ajman, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain AED 50, Dubai AED 100, Ras Al Khaimah AED 150, and Fujairah AED 200. The all-inclusive price for each emirate (package price plus location fee) is the price shown once the emirate is selected, appears in full in the booking summary and on the payment page before checkout, and is the amount charged. The Computer Diagnostic package remains available in Ajman and Sharjah only.

Inspection Results

Inspection results are delivered in two formats: a PDF file and a digital report link. The report includes photos, vehicle condition assessments, and recommendations.

Booking & Service

Service Coverage

• We cover the following emirates: Ajman, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah
• Inspector travels to customer's location at the agreed time, typically within one business day of booking confirmation
• The vehicle must be available at the specified location upon inspector arrival

Cancellation & Refund

• Bookings can be cancelled at any time before the inspector starts inspecting the vehicle for a full refund (package price and location fee)
• Once the inspection has started it cannot be cancelled or refunded, and completed inspections are non-refundable
• If the customer or the vehicle is not at the agreed location when the inspector arrives, the booking is non-refundable
• Approved refunds go back to the same card or wallet used to pay within 3 business days

Payment

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Visa and Mastercard cards (credit and debit), Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED)
• Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card or wallet details.
• Failed Payments: Bookings will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AutoFay or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

AutoFay inspection reports reflect the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection only and do not constitute a warranty on the vehicle's future condition. AutoFay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under UAE law.

Changes to Terms

AutoFay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
