What inspection services do you offer?
We offer three levels of vehicle inspection: Computer Test (99 AED), Computer + Body (250 AED), and Comprehensive Test (399 AED). Each level provides a detailed report on the vehicle's condition.
Which vehicle brands do you inspect?
We inspect all major vehicle brands including Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and more. Our technicians are experienced in assessing all makes and models.
Do you offer mobile inspection services?
Yes, we offer mobile inspection services across all emirates in the UAE. Our experienced inspectors can come to your location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Inspections can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Completed inspection services are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

We offer three packages: Computer Diagnostic (99 AED, 16 checkpoints) — OBD scan + engine start diagnostics. Body & Computer (250 AED, 148 checkpoints) — adds paint thickness measurement, exterior lights, doors, HVAC, and digital systems. Comprehensive (399 AED, 410+ checkpoints) — full bumper-to-bumper check including mechanical and extended road test. Note: Inspection reports reflect vehicle condition at time of inspection and are not an official market valuation.
Yes, we provide vehicle inspection services across all seven UAE emirates. Our inspector comes to your location at the agreed time, typically within one business day of booking confirmation.
You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided the inspector has not already started the inspection.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely via Stripe — you will be redirected to Stripe's encrypted payment page to complete your transaction.

Computer Diagnostic takes about 30-45 minutes, Body & Computer about 1-2 hours, and Comprehensive Inspection 2-3 hours.
Choose your inspection package, select your location and time, and complete the payment. Our inspector will contact you to confirm the appointment and come to your location.
Completed inspections cannot be refunded as the service has been rendered. Please contact us if there are any issues with the inspection report.
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption. For payment processing, you will be redirected to Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We do not store any payment data — all card details are held by Stripe only.

The report is delivered in two formats: PDF file and digital link. It includes photos, detailed vehicle condition assessments, and repair recommendations. Same-day digital inspection report after the inspection is completed.
No, we come to you. Our inspector travels to your specified location whether it is your home, the seller's location, or any other location in the UAE.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
Yes, guest booking is available. However, account holders can track bookings and access previous inspection reports.
Yes, all inspections are conducted by experienced inspectors using professional diagnostic equipment such as OBD scanners and paint thickness gauges.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details. You can also track your booking status from your account dashboard.
Computer Diagnostic is suitable for nearly-new vehicles. Body & Computer is our most popular option, suitable for most buyers. Comprehensive is recommended for high-value, luxury, or high-mileage vehicles.
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us immediately at support@autofay.ae. Changes may be possible if the booking has not yet been confirmed with the inspector.
