Refund Policy Overview
This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for purchases made on www.autofay.ae.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The item received is different from what was ordered (return shipping covered by AutoFay)
- The order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe from the date the courier received the shipment
- The product is unopened, has the original label attached, and is returned within 30 days of delivery
Damaged During Shipping
AutoFay is not responsible for damage caused by the courier during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed inspection services (as the service has been rendered)
- Products with the label removed or damaged
- Items returned without original packaging
Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] or visit our store with your order number and reason for refund
- Return the Item: Ship the item back in its original packaging or return it in store. A return label is included in the original package.
- Inspection: We inspect the returned item on the same day we receive it
- Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the original card. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
- FPX Online Banking: Refunded to the originating bank account within 3-5 business days.
- E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay): Refunded to the original e-wallet account within 3-5 business days.
- Buy Now Pay Later (ShopBack PayLater, GrabPay PayLater): Refunded according to the provider's refund schedule.
All refunds are processed through HitPay, our payment gateway.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for products that are unopened and have the original label attached. A return label is included in every order.
Refund Timeline
- Refund Request: Submit within 30 days of delivery
- Item Inspection: Same day we receive the item
- Refund Processing: 3 business days after approval
