Payment Processing — HitPay

When you make a purchase, you are redirected to HitPay's secure payment page. HitPay receives your name, email, order amount, and payment details (card number, FPX, or e-wallet credentials) to process the transaction. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number or payment credentials — only a transaction reference and payment confirmation status. HitPay's handling of your data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

Shipping Partners

To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with the courier service assigned to your shipment. No payment details or account information are shared with shipping providers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and a self-hosted analytics system to understand website usage. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location. This data is processed and stored by Google on their servers — we access aggregated reports only and do not store raw analytics data ourselves. Google's handling of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Our self-hosted analytics collects similar anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type, and country/region). Your IP address is used only for approximate geolocation and is not stored in full.

Data Security

We maintain technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission between your browser and our servers
  • Database hosted on secured infrastructure with restricted access
  • Payment data handled entirely by HitPay payment gateway — we do not store payment credentials

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Order and transaction records: Retained for up to 6 months.
  • Account information: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Analytics data: Anonymised session data is retained for up to 6 months, after which it is automatically purged.

Under UAE data protection laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 21 days of receiving your request.
  • Right of Correction: You may request that we correct any personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

  • Right to Prevent Processing: You may request that we stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
