How to request deletion of your personal data

Under UAE data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by AutoFay (AUTOFAY SURVEYING & APPRAISAL SERVICES LLC).

  4. We will verify your identity before processing the request

Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days of receiving your request
  • Identity Verification: 1-3 business days
  • Data Deletion: Within 14 business days after verification
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the deletion

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained as required by UAE law:

  • Transaction Records: Order and payment references retained for up to 6 months
  • Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with legal proceedings or regulatory requirements (retained for the duration of the proceedings)

Third-Party Data

If you used third-party services to interact with us, you may need to request deletion separately:

  • HitPay: Payment data is managed by HitPay. Contact HitPay for payment data deletion.
  • Google Sign-In: Sign-in data is processed and stored by Google. We do not collect or store any Google sign-in credentials. To revoke access, visit your Google Account settings.
