Record the conditions before comparing responses

Note whether the car has been standing in sun or shade, whether doors or windows are open, and the mode, fan and outlet settings used. Record whether the observation took place while safely stationary or during an agreed safe road observation. These details make a description such as “the rear did not feel comfortable” more useful to the person assessing it.

Observe changes in the fitted controls without changing everything at once. Follow the vehicle instructions and keep the arrangements safe. A short viewing in different weather cannot establish performance during your later summer use, so retain the conditions alongside the findings.

Look at front and rear air distribution
